Building design services
The design phase is the process during which our ideas take FORM and are ELABorated depending on our customers’ needs.
Design also means knowing how to manage, interpret and respect the different legislation with regard to town planning, energy efficiency, the civil code and earthquakes, aimed at allowing customers to obtain the necessary Building Authorisations.
Over the years, our Associate Firm has gained adequate knowledge to be able to make a rapid assessment of the feasibility of a project and advise customers on the best solution to obtain the necessary building authorisations and assess the implementation costs of the work.
During the design phase, the technical firm can provide its customers with graphic printouts drawn up using three-dimensional modelling software to give the best understanding and visualisation of the final appearance of the constructions, which are the subject of the project.
In recent years, the Associate Firm has been involved in the construction of buildings for customers from abroad, who have seen excellent opportunities for investment in Piedmont and the surrounding area, especially for tourism.
The FORMAELAB component can be placed at the service of customers needing to plan their first home, renovate country houses and farmhouses and extend residential, commercial, production, tertiary and sports buildings.
