Execution: The real estate company that contacted us had a developable lot of just over 500 square metres situated in one of the most convenient service areas. The affinity with the construction company made it possible to build completely independent apartments in terms of energy, each with its own garage and cellar. The light forms and colours have enabled it to blend perfectly into the context, as well as into the small lot of land.
