Execution: Recognising the potential of the convenience offered by the Historic Centre, the Real Estate Company commissioned the project for the recovery and extension of a real estate complex for the lease and sale of various-sized apartments, commercial premises and garages, all just a few minutes from the centre of the “capital” of Barbera, as defined by Unesco. The property units, built respecting all of the prescriptions dictated to preserve the typological features of the historic centre, are embraced by a beautifully paved inner courtyard.
